Two eggs, two strips of bacon, two sausages! Their version of a merguez sausage is made from pork. Their own version of baked beans is soya beans in tomato, could be better.
Bambalan is a hipster spot in Colston Tower with a terrace. The interior is brightly-coloured island-inspired decor. Really Insta-worthy with a view of the Bristol centre skyline.
