Had a large carnitas (pork) burrito it cost £ 6.35 quite worth it as I ate it for lunch the next day too! I’m amazed they managed to pack 4x as much filling compared to what I could fit if I rolled my own. It was the first time I’ve heard of pork in Mexican cuisine. “Slow cooked pork, seasoned with thyme, bay leaves and orange zest then cooked for hours until fall apart tender.” Interesting!
