Lost around 0.5 to 1 kg (my weighing scales are inaccurate due to some percentage error in the spring) over the weekend due to ceilidh dancing at a friend’s wedding, and hauling stuff for moving house, and walking now that I live further away (despite eating the most out of everyone – at the wedding, in my flat!).
