Caramelised onion pasta with truffle olive oil, tomatoes and tuna
Moved to my new flat and sharing with a veggie friend. Used the same ingredients as the rice she cooked last night to make this but with different condiments and added protein.
‘Fish head’ bee hoon soup
‘Fish head’ bee hoon soup. Made from the leftovers from poached salmon yesterday hence no actual fish head. Rice vemicelli, bean sprouts, chives, chillies, milk, salmon and the salmon poaching liquid as a soup stock.
